Our founder, Jim Cone, has over 35 years of practical experience as a contractor and home inspector. He takes the time to thoroughly examine each building for hidden damage, dangerous problems, and questionable contracting practices. Jim is an American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) Certified Master Inspector, an EPA-listed Radon Mitigator, and a member of both the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Jim always strives to be the best inspector he can be, and belonging to these organizations gives him the opportunity for continued education and industry insight.
At First Priority Home Inspections, we use state-of-the-art tools and methods to create detailed and accurate reports. For example, drone inspections and sewer scopes give us insight into out-of-reach areas of a building. We also offer mold detection and radon mitigation to keep your property safe.
